Jewellery and watches are covered by a TWO-YEAR warranty from the shipment date against manufacturing defects. Defect analysis may take up to 30 days.

Excluded: batteries, glass, discolouration of plating or jewellery colour, and wear. Damage or breakage from accidental impact is excluded. Unauthorised repairs void the warranty.

Yes: warranty repair is free once we establish the defect is a factory defect.

Yes, the indicated price already includes VAT. Gold jewellery follows the market quotation, however: for “on request” pieces contact us for the current price.

Pieces are handmade with natural materials: details such as the exact colour gradation of stone or metal may vary slightly.

Yes, we collect used gold and silver at varying quotations. Valuation takes place in the showroom.

Yes: almost every piece is customisable in carats, stones, engraving and size. Write us your idea.
