- What do I need to know about the product warranty?
Jewellery and watches are covered by a TWO-YEAR WARRANTY from the date of shipment of the product against manufacturing defects. The Warranty is the purchase document of the product itself. Our goldsmith experts reserve the right to analyse the item in order to check whether the product has any manufacturing defects or has been accidentally damaged (analysis time can take up to 30 days).
- What is not covered by the guarantee?
The following are strictly excluded from the guarantee: batteries, glass, discolouration of the plating or colour of the jewellery (especially due to the use of perfumes or detergents) as consequences of wear and tear and ageing of the watches or jewellery. Work under warranty must be carried out by RealRoyal. Any technical tampering carried out outside RealRoyal will result in termination of the Warranty. The same applies to battery replacement operations, for which RealRoyal group will issue customers with certificates of the water-resistance test carried out for these types of watches. Finally, damage or breakage caused by accidental impacts are excluded from the Warranty, in the presence of which the Warranty will have no effect. In particular, in the case of missing case parts such as the crown or push-buttons.
- Is warranty repair free of charge?
Repair under warranty will be free of charge once RealRoyal establishes that the product defect is due to a factory defect.
- Does the price of the products include VAT?
Absolutely yes. The indicated price already includes VAT.
- Why is the size, colour of the metal or stone different to the image on the website?
The product image shown on our website represents reality as closely as possible. The uniqueness of RealRoyal jewellery is that it is handmade or naturally coloured, which is why details such as the exact colour gradation of the stone or metal may vary slightly. - Do you collect used gold in your shops?
